What to write about
A tool is missing
We add tools that can run entirely in the browser and that people actually need repeatedly. Describe the job you are trying to do rather than the feature, and we can usually find the better solution.
Privacy or legal questions
Questions about how the site handles data, about the terms of service, or about using the tools inside an organisation are all welcome.
Before you write about a broken image
Most failures come down to a format the browser cannot decode — HEIC from an iPhone, a camera RAW file, or an AVIF on an older browser. Exporting a JPEG or PNG first solves the majority of them. The convert tool lists what each format can and cannot do.
